Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LiveKing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiveKing platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services we offer. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the LiveKing platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the LiveKing platform. Continued use of the platform after the Terms have been updated will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Member Eligibility and Account Registration

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LiveKing account password and login credentials. LiveKing will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your security information.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the LiveKing support team immediately via live chat. We will take action to investigate and secure your account as quickly as possible.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

LiveKing supports multiple deposit methods including online banking (FPX), digital wallets, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in real time once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider. LiveKing does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be successfully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• If a bonus is active, the associated turnover requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Every bonus has a turnover requirement that must be met before wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by registered and verified members.

• LiveKing reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Every promotion has a stated validity period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

Game Rules and Wagering

All games offered on the LiveKing platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including LiveKing itself.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, LiveKing will review system records to determine a fair outcome. If a game session cannot be completed due to a technical failure on LiveKing's end, the affected wager will be returned to your account within 24 hours.

• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or errors will result in the cancellation of wins and account restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the LiveKing platform and may result in permanent account suspension as well as legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering — using the platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Fraud and manipulation — any attempt to cheat the system or other players.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account to claim multiple bonus benefits.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotions with the intent to profit without genuine risk.
• Chargebacks are not permitted — filing a payment dispute dishonestly after using the funds.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any software to automate betting.

Account Termination and Restrictions

LiveKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these Terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or illegal activity. For minor violations, we will attempt to contact the member in question before taking any action.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the LiveKing support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding conditions such as active bonus turnover requirements must be fulfilled, or the associated bonus will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned to the original deposit method within the specified timeframe.

Data Protection and Privacy

LiveKing is committed to protecting the personal information of all members. We collect only the information necessary for platform operations and to comply with legal requirements. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Amendments and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which LiveKing operates.
